1 Function introduction
1. Support 50 kinds of material inspection and sorting.
2. Each material supports material name editing, target weight, upper and lower weight
input.
3. Weighing records can be stored (date and time, single weighing data, and total weight
recorded), can be queried and deleted, and can be exported to U disk.
4. Weighing record storage trigger conditions, stable balance preservation, print key
preservation, external trigger preservation and other options.
5. Level 2 authority: administrator and operator. The administrator can preset material
information, operator information and other basic data for the highest authority, and can
delete and export weighing records.
6. 4 Isolated Inputs and 6 Open collector outputs. It can be connected foot switch, 3-color
alarm light and other external input and output equipment.
7. Support label printer printing data, can store multiple print templates.
8. Sensor broken wire prompt, upper and lower overload prompt function.
9. 4 independent serial ports are supported, 1 channel RS232, 1 channel RS485 and 2
channel RS232/RS485.
10. Support UDP, TCP function, support Modbus-RTU and Modbus-TCP
